Zanzibar is part of Tanzania. A plan that names Tanzania should cover Stone Town and the north coast the same way it covers Arusha — if the product page lists the country, not a mainland-only footnote. Unlocked iPhone XS, Pixel 3 or Galaxy S20+ can install it before the ferry.
